Behind Bars Spring Summer 2020 Ready-To-Wear Collection
The collection was inspired by the Japanese prostitution system during Edo period. Beauties behind the thin wooden bars were tied up by contracts and agreed-upon social structure that cannot be broken,--the cage is the culture itself. Even though this kind of prostitution system has been prohibited today, it reminds us not to forget all the sores behind a luxurious era.
